Hello All
another updated with my newest platoon painted up for my Market Garden US Para Army, this time some Para Field Artillery to round out the support options of the army.
These guys were a lot of fun to paint up, which was a pleasant surprise this far into the army. This was also great news as I had two run out with the list I wrote and to say I was underwhelmed would be an understatement. So I have rewritten the list and I now have 3 more platoons to paint instead of 1.

Nice work, the 75mm is a nifty looking we gun. Another unit finished though!
ReplyDeleteYeah only 3 more units to go for the Market Garden list. I'll then wait for the new Overlord book to see what I need to add to make the list a D-Day list.

I love those little guys. they are weak compared to other artillery but if you think of them as Mortars they are top of the line.
ReplyDeleteYou are spot on. Bar infantry in the open these guys aren't great for anything other than pinning and smoke. Still these plus an AOP makes a great smoke combo.

Cute little guns look great. They'll pin infantry just fine I think.
